Fresh Meadows, NY (PRWEB) February 11, 2006

The book “The Fixer: Why US Judiciary is so corrupted?” had out of the blue thumbs up from the US establishment. Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of New York calls the book: “Fascinating and grappling scan and a foray into the underbelly of our critical system.” The author of the book Teddy Moore chronicles what he says is the most kept classified in US history: The distant corruption of US judiciary

Moore says the main problem with the court-ordered system as he sees it is that the court-ordered system doesn’t acknowledge to the apparent, which is that the court-ordered system is corrupted. “You don’t cognize about the corruption because the media doesn’t report it”, Moore says. “They name it a single sorry apple but the sorry apples are everywhere…on the top of the barrel, in the central, on the bottom … everywhere … they reject to report it for what it is.”

The court-ordered system is constructed to be corrupted and not to make justice. Moore says. “This is the uniqueness of the US legal system. The U.S. legal system created a system to make money for attorneys and judges. In order to do so, they created a kind of extortionate attorneys. An extortable attorney to the judge has to abide by with everything the judge asks him to do and can only be explicated as the distant means of greed of the judiciary.”

“Attorneys fear the judiciary because the system is constructed in this way…so they can be easily be extortable to the judge…. the judge can easily accept money from one party and extort the attorney of the party opponent and so close a case without cognizing or hearing anything about the facts or the law. People who believe that they come to a court to make up one’s mind their case established on the facts and the law are terribly misidentified. It’s a Mecca of just siphoning money to the judges,” Moore asserts in his book

He says that Congress is part of the problem. “Most of the Congressmen are attorneys that are afraid of the judiciary, afraid to be disbarred and sanctioned, look forward for the time they are out of Congress and join the corruption and make a buck for themselves. Therefore they cannot be part of the solution.” Recent polls support his claim that show that most of US citizen believe that their congressman or senator takes bribes

These kinds of fellows he claims cannot clean up the corrupt judiciary

“The Court of Appeals is a phony show in the US. The outcome of an appeal is well cognized. The only one who doesn’t cognize the outcome of an appeal is the client who paid the money for the imitative show. Had he cognized it was a phony show, he wouldn’t have paid the money,” Moore says

“The US Supreme Court supervises the racket of extortion, bribes and extreme corruption.” The author claims that the US judiciary is nonexempt for more damage and injuries to US people than the Nazis

For the second ordered year, the U.S. Army is asking for conspicuous robotics technologists from across the country to garner and display their most forward-looking technologies and demo how those unmanned systems can support actual and future combatant, disaster relief and humane support efforts. During the 2010 Robotics Rodeo Oct. 12-15, 2010, at Fort Benning, GA, technology innovators will take part in both task-based events and opened robotics demonstrations with put forward goals of actuating the industry, schooling developers and taking note the current state of ground robotics technology and affected intelligence development and latent capabilities

This event follows the success of the Army’s inaugural Robotics Rodeo in Aug. 2009 at Fort Hood, TX. At the event, co-hosted by III Corps and the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC), more than 50 companies garnered in the Texas heat for four days of demonstrations

“When you consider the data garnered and the feedback handed over from Soldiers to manufacturers, the inaugural Robotics Rodeo was a big success,” explicated U.S. Army TARDEC Senior Research Scientist in Robotics Dr. Jim Overholt. “For this iteration, our focus is stiffened to appearing at improvements in little robotic platforms and the teaming up of fitted out and unfitted out systems. This will be a blue-chip, attention-grabbing, actuating event that will benefit our forces.” TARDEC is the central point for all Department of Defense ground robotics systems

An Industry Day informational meeting for this year’s Robotics Rodeo will be kept at TARDEC at the U.S. Army Detroit Arsenal on Monday, May 24, from 1-4 p.m. In addition to an overview of the Rodeo, the meeting will render a forum for questions and a submission process explanation. For more information, visit: http://www.tardec.info/roboticsrodeo/

California (PRWEB) October 30, 2010

“The untold story of the past decade is that business investment activity was dead in the water … because innovation had slowed down,” said Edmund S. Phelps, professor of political economy at Columbia University in a recent interview with CNBC. He went on to say that innovation in the U.S. has been stagnant for ten years.

In the global innovation race, China is quickly outpacing the U.S. and is now the leading exporter of high-tech manufactured goods, exporting billion to the U.S. in 2008, while the U.S. returned a mere .6 billion.

The Innovation Playbook: A Revolution in Business Excellence (Wiley, 2010) by Nicholas J. Webb will put the U.S. back in the global game with stories from today’s Innovation Superstars, lessons learned from historical business failures and successes, and real-world experience in the trenches of an American business.

Readers of The Innovation Playbook will learn:

Why the obsession with risk management is killing innovation
Common myths about innovation
The magical blend of customer focus, process and culture that creates Innovation Superstars
The crucial concept of net customer value and how to create it
Webb’s “value strata” set of Standards of Excellence and how to achieve them
How to establish the “conduits of connectivity” necessary to provide true net customer value

“Nicholas Webb, in The Innovation Playbook http://www.theinnovationplaybook.com, offers core elements that all of us can incorporate and learn from to help build success,” said Chris Thoen, Director of External Innovation & Knowledge Management for The Proctor & Gamble Company. “As our Chief Technology Officer Bruce Brown likes to say: ‘The answer to the challenges we face is always the same. The answer is innovation.’”

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) March 9, 2006

Finance North America, specialists in providing mortgage financing to U.S. and Canadian citizens on real estate transactions in Mexico, announces newly available mortgage terms of 30 year financing, where previously only 20 year terms were available.

“If a client wants to buy a 0,000 home in Los Cabos, and puts 30% down, then the payments with a 30-year financing package at 7.99% interest would be ,335 per month as opposed to ,803 per month with 20-year financing, the cash flow savings is ,616 a year,” says Russ Schreier, Founder and President of Finance North America. “Owners could plan many additional trips during the year to their new vacation home with the difference.”

The founders of Finance North America have a proven track record managing a variety of successful lending transactions on Mexico property and have recently received a prestigious award for being the leader in the mortgage industry of providing financing in Mexico to U.S. citizens.   Â

Real estate agents and home buyers have been more than pleased with FNA’s services.

“Having requested a relatively large loan approval for my client, I was somewhat apprehensive as to the possibility of obtaining such approval and the time frame required to do so. Finance North America took the time to clearly outline the requirements and went the extra distance to explain why, not only to me but also my client. Even with the barrage of questions I presented to them, they responded quickly and professionally to all my phone messages and emails. My clients were handled with care and patience and the loan approval was obtained in a reasonable time frame. As a result, the transaction was smooth and I received a valuable education on the lending process in Mexico.” -Daniel S., Baja Properties

The primary goal of Finance North America is to assist American and Canadian buyers in making the best financial decision when purchasing in Mexico. The founders of Finance North America have over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Administrative offices for Finance North America is located in San Diego California, and they have loan representatives located in all major resort locations in Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Penasco, Cancun, Mazatlan, Ensenada, Rosarito and Puerto Vallarta.   Â
