As long as it’s on the same hardware then you can install it an unlimited number of times. You only need another license/key to install it on a different machine.

No but a cheap and generic charger can ruin your battery and possibly ruin your phone. If the charger doesn’t have a brand on it try to get one that does and that looks trustworthy. Some phone manuals state that certain batteries use certain chargers, if that’s true how do you know that the charger is appropriate for that phone model?

Original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, is an ambiguous and abstruse phrase that refers to containment-based re-branding, where a company uses a component of another company in its product, or sells the product of another company under its own brand. OEM refers to the company that originally manufactured the product.

Computers
Beside referring to manufacturers, OEM can be used as an adjective to describe software licensed only for a particular system. OEM software is purchased alongside a system or hardware parts. Certain OEM programs have limited functionality, but most do not. OEM software is often cheaper than the full versions but not as cheap as academic or student editions.

OEM hardware is hardware packaged for computer administrator and builder use. These products are normally plain boxed and often don’t come with any instructions or references provided in retail packages.

So OEM can only be purchased when buying computer or parts

OEM stands for Original equipment manufacturer, meaning Toyota part. The only thing I can propose is name around your area, cause prices alter depending on where you dwell. Also it would be cheaper to purchase non OEM parts if accessible. Good luck hope this helps
