Question by Libra79: If someone get their California license suspened can they still utilize for a New York license?
My brother got his license debarred this year in California but he recently traveled to Upstate New York and he is being after on utilizing for a New York license. Will he get picked up if he says he has never had a license on the application.Do California and New York have any kind of agreement to do a check up on that mightavoid him from getting his license. Any advice will assist.

yes he will the dmv has a link amongst each other my mother moved to cali and her lic wa suspended when she applied for a lic. ther they told her that she has to resolve her problems with her lic in ny
