Philippe Ney, Keline Howard, Cyril Viguier and Surf Channel LLC, announce they have reached a settlement among themselves of Los Angeles Superior Court Case numbers SC063611 and SC069176.

The settlement resolves all differences between Ney and Howard on the one hand and Surf Channel and Cyril Viguier on the other without admission of liability by any party.

All parties are well satisfied with the resolution.

The litigation against Cyril Viguier resulted from legitimate misunderstandings between Howard and Cyril Viguier and between Ney and Cyril Viguier. Although the litigation was hotly contested and some harsh and unkind things were said by both sides in the heat of argument, Howard and NeyÂ’s faith in Cyril Viguier and his integrity have been restored.
