A new web site has been designed and published to address the problems that small, disadvantaged, women, minority, and veteran owned business owners, experience when biding on government contracts.
The Government Contract Proposal.com site was launched to co inside with the enormous congressional bailout campaigns and the increase in government contract awards that is expected in 2009.
The task of finding the government contracts, responding to the contracts, communicating with the contracting officers as well as marketing to the federal government is addressed in the newly published site.
The How to Prepare RFP Proposals site breaks the government contract proposal process down into an easy step-by-step process to help future government contractors feel more confident about preparing government proposals.
Problems that government contractors who have continued to submit RFP Proposals without winning a bid are addressed as well.
Ms. Ingraham, says, that her experience in locating contract opportunities for small disadvantage businesses who use accounts receivable financing to bridge the cash flow gap, is what prompted her to design and publish a site that explains in “plain” English, how to prepare a government contract proposal.
Because the U.S. Government Procurement Process purchases over 13 million different products and services, and 0 billion is mandated for small businesses. The opportunities for small businesses is enormous, says Ms. Ingraham.
