The Munich Regional Court in Germany approved an agreement that settles a lawsuit initiated by Autodesk, Inc. against Torsten Moses for copyright infringement of its flagship product, AutoCAD. It is now established that Moses’ LT Extender application, which interacts with and modifies AutoCAD LT, infringed Autodesk copyrights. Moses has agreed to pay damages to Autodesk and to cease producing and/or distributing the application worldwide
